Spacesaver Filing Systems has developed a 4-Step, Client-Focused approach to designing the optimal filing solution. We expertly guide you through each step to reach your organizational objectives.

Our conversion services include bar coded and colour-coded labeling conversions, top-tab to side-tab conversions, imaging preparation, and consolidation/merging of multiple record sites into one centralized facility.

Label Printing Services

Are you printing a large batch of labels? Save time and money, let us do it for you! We can even apply them to a new folder and ship them to you in perfect order or just ship you the labels for you to apply.

"White Glove" Filter Relocations

We'll help you to maintain your productivity by professionally handling your file relocations including mapping record locations; sequencing and labeling each series; unloading, transporting and reloading shelves; and conducting a final inventory - all the while auditing the process to ensure an accurate transfer.
